Françoise Brosseau-Lapré, M.Sc.A., S-LP(C), has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in pediatric health care settings since 2002. She is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Communication Siences and Disorders of McGill University. She is interested in the development of speech perception and speech production skills in monolingual and bilingual children, and in phonological disorders. Her PhD dissertation research focuses on French phonological development and disorders, as well as on the efficacy of interventions aimed at improving the phonological skills of preschool francophone children with developmental phonological disorders.
