About
I am a PhD student in music theory at McGill University, and I'm also a researcher in the music perception and cognition lab. My primary focus is in music and emotions; I'm specifically interested in studying the effect of expectation on the physiological responses of listeners, using galvanic skin response particularly as an objective measure of arousal. I have ancillary interests in the history of theory, analysis of popular music, and timbre.
